West Quay, Poole
A development of 12 apartments on Poole Quay. A combination of Studio and two bed apartments, with the majority boasting views over the harbour towards Hamworthy and Holes Bay. Construction commenced Spring 2019, completion due June 2020.
Nursery Grove, Pennington
Located in the rurual outskirts of Lymington, a development of 10 character built homes, each with large private gardens and access to public open space. Planning granted November 2017, work commenced March 2018 with construction completed by AJ Developments in Summer 2019.
Sika Rise, Bransgore
Located in the wooded suburbs of Bransgore, a development of 6 detached and a pair of semi detached character built homes. Construction commenced February 2018 and the Development completed Summer 2019.
Strollers Reach, Barton Common
A fine block of new build apartments on one of The New Forest’s most desirable roads. Many of these beautifully designed properties will benefit from attractive views of Barton on Sea Golf Course and the coast beyond. Construction now complete.
Gallows Drive, Ferndown
An attractive development of detached bungalows in the heart of Ferndown. All properties have garages, and are just a short walk to local shops. Grant of planning permission in July 2017. Completed on site Summer 2018.
Herbert Avenue, Poole
A small development of affordable homes in an extremely convenient location, situated between Poole and Bournemouth town centres. Houses are a combination of two and three beds. Planning permission granted in June 2016. Completed April 2017.
An exciting new development of starter homes under the HTB (Help to buy) scheme, within walking distance of the waterfront in Weymouth. Planning granted at the end of 2016, started on site January 2017 and completed Autumn 2017.
Spur Hill Avenue, Poole
An attractive block of apartments within walking distance of the Penn Hill shops and Ashley Cross Village amenities in Lower Parkstone, Poole. Planning approved September 2017. Works commenced November 2017.
Sandbanks Road, PooleThis site was acquired in the Spring of 2017. Formally a slightly tired hotel and adjacent run-down private dwelling house, planning was successfully achieved for an attractive block of 27 retirement apartments.Overlooking Poole park, the site is ideal for quality sheltered housing being situated within a short walk of the local shops, the town hall and the main bus route. Construction is now underway.
Former Tice Garage, WimborneFormally the service depot of a local garage, planning permission was successfully achieved for its replacement with a stunning block of 25 luxury retirement apartments.In the heart of the attractive market town of Wimborne Minster, construction has now begun with a completion scheduled for 2018.As well as the apartments, the scheme will benefit from an attractive owners’ drawing room, guest suite, secure gated car parking and a beautifully landscaped garden area. A concierge will be on site Monday to Friday and every apartment is to be fitted with a 24-hour call system. Some apartments will boast attractive views over the river Allen.
