AJC Homes may collect any information deemed relevant to provide a prospective client or landowner with our land consultancy and/or development service.

Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.



We require the information we collect to provide you with our land consultancy and/or development service and in particular to maintain our internal record keeping; if further contact with a client is needed, and as a record of what contacts have been made, address details and responses.

We may also use your information to contact you personally with land consultancy and/or development or business updates.

We use your personal data for the legitimate interest we have in entering into or performing contracts to which you may be party, or for our accounting, marketing or legal purposes, where required.



We keep most of your personal data for as long as you are in contact with us or for as long as we are providing you with our land consultancy and/or development service. We keep some of your data even after you end your professional relationship with us, for 6 years after the end of any contract which it relates to.

We store personal data electronically. Our electronic devices, laptops and smartphones are securely backed up and data encrypted to protect your data from cyber attacks and online hackers. We may also hold your data in paper files. Any paperwork containing personal data is stored in a locked unit and the office address.



The data we collect will be used by AJC Homes and any independent contractors or Limited Companies working with us, to provide our land consultancy and development services.

We may share your data with other third parties in order to meet our service requirements. We will never share your data without your explicit consent to do so.

We need to obtain data from you for the purpose of setting up or performing our contracts. You have the right not to supply the data but this may mean that we cannot continue to provide services for you or to perform the full range of services we have contracted for.



AJC Homes will never use your personal data for marketing purposes; to market ourselves or our professional network. We will only contact you as a part of our services.

Any information that is found or is reported to be incorrect or incomplete will be amended within 2 working days. Please send any amends in writing.



You have the right to request the deletion or removal of your personal data if you feel there is no legitimate reason for its continued processing. We will do this within 2 working days of a request.



You have the right to object to us processing your personal data. If you object to us processing your personal data we will stop immediately, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or, the processing is for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim.
